Sierra27 Training delivers professional, accredited training with discipline, integrity, and respect for the people who rely on it.
Courses are delivered in small groups, to clear standards, by experienced instructors committed to preparing learners properly — not just getting them through.
Delivered in line with our commitment to discipline, high standards, and learner confidence. The courses are intentionally capped to ensure quality instruction and meaningful assessment.

Note: Unless stated otherwise, the venue for courses delivered by Sierra27 Training will be at Apollo Business Village, Aberkenfi, Bridgend CF32 9TF.

Sierra27 Training Refund and Cancellation Policy
Clear guidelines for payments, cancellations, and refunds. NOTE: The time frame is measured in working days (Monday to Friday).
We aim to provide a fair and transparent approach to cancellations and refunds for all Sierra27 Training courses. Please review the following terms before booking:
• Cancellations within 3 days of the course start date are not eligible for a refund.
• Cancellations made between 4 and 7 days prior to the course start date will receive a refund of 33% of the course fee.
• Cancellations made between 8 and 14 days before the course start date will receive a refund of 66% of the course fee.
• For cancellations made more than 14 days in advance, a refund will be issued minus a 25% administration fee to cover processing and registration charges.
• For cancellations made on the day of booking, a 7% charge will be made to cover Stripe charges.
Pay by 3 monthly instalments.
Non-Refundable Booking Payment: The initial payment through the provided link is a non-refundable booking fee. This payment secures your place in the course and acknowledges your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Instalment Payments: Following the initial booking payment, the remaining balance will be paid in two monthly instalments of the same amount. You will be emailed the payment links. Payment dates will be set on the day of the month that the initial payment is made. Payments can be made early if desired, with no early settlement penalties.
Refund Policy (Subsequent Payments): Refunds apply only to instalment payments made after the initial booking payment. Refunds are calculated based on the date of cancellation relative to the course start date. The initial booking payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account. If you have any questions regarding this policy, feel free to contact our support team.
