Join us for 30 days of unlimited entry to our Flexi-Book sessions! The only sessions excluded from this pass are courses and special events. For the cost of less than 1 play session and 1 class a week, you can have unlimited entry to our various sessions during the 30-day period.

Important Notice:
Your 30-day period will begin from the date of your first booked session using this pass.

This pass can be used for the following sessions:
• Play Sessions
• Stay Play & Sing
• Music & Rhyme Class
• Sensory Stay Play and Sing
• Glow Stick Party
• Fun with Food

Plus all other standard timetable events.

Excluding specials, special events, premium sessions, courses and external events. These sessions will be clearly highlighted with a symbol on our timetable to help you easily identify them.

By purchasing this pass, you confirm that you understand and agree to our terms and conditions.

This pass is for 1 child only, this is not transferable to other children. Siblings can be added for a reduced rate, please message to add a sibling to the booking.

Terms and Conditions for The Playgroup Hub Sunderland

We work hard to create a clean, safe, and fun environment for our customers. We kindly ask that you read the terms and conditions of our classes and booking site. If you have any further questions, please contact us at theplaygroupsouthtyneside@gmail.com.

Booking Policy:
• All tickets booked are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a class, please contact us at least 48 hours before the event, and we will transfer your ticket to a new class. This does not apply to special events or external collaborations.
• A standard ticket grants admission for 1 adult and 1 child unless you have twins or triplets (please see the multiples policy). You can bring an additional sibling for a charge of £1.50 on standard events, if space is available. All extra adults need to be booked, but they are free.
• Please declare any allergies or medical conditions for you or your child on the booking form. If any new conditions arise, please inform us as soon as possible so we can make the class space as safe as possible for you.
• You are responsible for your child’s safety while attending our space. Children must always be supervised vigilantly by a responsible adult.

On Arrival:
• Please avoid arriving too early, as we use the turnaround time to sanitise equipment, prepare our kitchen, and schedule staff breaks.
• Kindly remove your shoes when entering the area to help keep spaces clean and to prevent injury while children are moving around.
• Supervise your child at all times. While most of our equipment is baby-friendly, some props and decorations may not be suitable for babies and toddlers and could pose a choking hazard if damaged or broken.
• If any equipment or props become damaged during the session, please hand all parts directly to the teacher for safe disposal.
• In the event of a fire alarm, please listen carefully to instructions from your leader to ensure you follow the correct escape route and assemble in the correct area.

Food and Drink Policy:
• No food or drinks (except baby milk, baby puree, or water bottles) are allowed in the session. Weaning food, pouches, and other children’s options are available to purchase at our café. This is to ensure we can manage allergens, as many of our attendees have them.

Unlimited Use Passes of All Types:

We reserve the right to suspend your Unlimited Use Pass if three or more non-attendances on pre-booked sessions occur during the term of your pass. To avoid this, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel a session, allowing us the opportunity to re-sell the space to someone else.

This pass is intended to be managed by you, and we ask that you ensure you book sessions during a period when you can fully make use of the offer, which is valid for 30 days. Be mindful of any bank holidays or our closing times. If you need more information on our sessions, please visit our booking system or feel free to send us a message.

The Unlimited Use Pass must not be abused. It is not permitted to use the pass to book sessions for anyone else. The sessions you book are not transferable to others.

Low Attendance Policy:

In the event that a session has a low number of attendees, we reserve the right to remove that session from the timetable. If this happens, we will offer you an alternative session to attend. We will do our best to inform you in advance and provide you with suitable options to ensure you can continue to enjoy our services.
