Grange Farm Swim Aqua Fit Bookings

We offer 7 Aqua Fit sessions a week, with a maximum of 13 spaces.
Aqua Fit sessions are 45 mins long, and classes are available at a variety of days and times to accommodate your other commitments.
Of the 7 sessions available 6 take place in our 1.2m deep indoor pool and the focus is cardio, strength, conditioning, flexibility.
Tuesday night 7:30pm class takes place in our brand new ‘outdoor’ pool with enclosure. This is 1.4m deep and the focus is on strength and conditioning.
Please choose the genre of exercise you would like.
There is a waiting list function, so if the class you want is full, please register on the waiting list. You will then be contacted by email if a space becomes available. Keep an eye on your emails!
We have a discount offer when you book 6 sessions you pay for 5.

Refund policy

If you cancel less than 24hrs before your booking you will not be entitled to any refund. If it is more than 24hrs before your booking you can choose to transfer to an alternative one with availability, for no extra charge.
