HHH Yoga and Sound

A warm, friendly space in Clydebank where you can come as you are.

Life can feel heavy sometimes, and you don’t have to go through it on your own. These sessions are here to help you slow things down, take a breath, and feel a bit more like yourself again.

You’ll find a mix of gentle, supportive practices, including:

Yoga & Chair Yoga for all abilities
Easy, mindful movement to help you reconnect with your body
Breathwork to calm the mind and ease tension
Qigong for soft, flowing movement
Embodi+ inspired sessions for deeper awareness
Sound baths for deep rest
Reiki for gentle energy support

There’s no pressure, no expectations—just a welcoming space where you can take things at your own pace.
