HHH Yoga and Sound

Healing Heather Holistics offers breathwork, guided meditation, yoga, chair yoga, sound baths, as well as retreats and workshops. All sessions are designed to help you slow down, release stress, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with yourself and others in a supportive community.

All classes are hosted by Suzanne, who holds a safe, welcoming, and non-judgemental space where you are invited to relax, release, and reconnect. Sessions are suitable for all levels, and you are encouraged to move at your own pace and honour your body at all times.

What to Wear
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily or relax fully. Layers are recommended, as body temperature can change during relaxation and sound-based sessions.

Health Considerations & Contraindications
*Yoga and chair yoga are gentle, but if you have injuries, chronic pain, mobility concerns, or are pregnant, please inform Suzanne before the session so appropriate options can be offered.
*Breathwork may not be suitable for individuals who are pregnant, have epilepsy, severe asthma, cardiovascular conditions, glaucoma, recent surgery, or significant mental health conditions.
*Sound baths may not be suitable for those with sound sensitivity, epilepsy, severe tinnitus, or who are in the first trimester of pregnancy.
