This calming session combines conscious breathwork with gentle guided meditation to help settle the nervous system, quiet the mind, and promote deep rest.
Through guided breathing techniques and different breath ratios, you’ll be supported in slowing the breath, easing mental chatter, and releasing tension held in the body. Breathwork helps regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and bring the body out of “fight or flight” and into a state of relaxation.
The guided meditation that follows allows you to scan the body, deepen awareness, and fully integrate the benefits of the breathwork. This combination makes meditation more accessible, especially for those who find it difficult to switch off or relax.
This class is ideal for anyone with a busy mind, feeling overwhelmed or fatigued, or looking to create a sense of calm, balance, and restoration.
