I have experienced mental illness in my life and when I found yoga it changed my life completely! Suddenly I had the power to control how my body makes my mind feel, I found coping strategies with my practice and through meditation, I found a healthy outlet for my emotions and so much more! I also found community and like minded people to connect with! Hope yoga classes are a way to feel and express your emotions in a healthy way, also a way to make new friends and push yourself out your comfort zone.
