4 x 121 personal training sessions, in person or online

• Sessions must be booked and paid at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Member cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full.

• If Body Strong cancels within 24 hours without a valid reason, the session will be rescheduled and not deducted.

• Exceptions must be mutually agreed in advance.

A 90 minute Mindset Coaching session at Body-Strong focuses on helping you understand the thoughts, beliefs, and behaviours that shape your relationship with food, exercise, and your body.

These sessions are relaxed, supportive, and judgement-free. They feel more like an open conversation than a formal appointment, giving you the time and space to talk through what is really going on and start building a healthier relationship with yourself, your body, and the way you live.

When your mindset changes, everything else can begin to change too.

• Sessions must be booked and paid at the time of booking.

• 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation/rescheduling.

• Member cancellations within 24 hours are deducted in full.

• Body Strong cancellations within 24 hours will be rescheduled.

• Mindset coaching is not therapy or a medical service and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent mental health conditions.
