We offer sound baths and gong baths - in private, corporate and group experiences.
We hold guided meditation sessions - drop-in classes, courses and one-to-one teaching.
All our venues are set besides the Peak District National Park, a stone's throw from Manchester, Stockport and Buxton.
We're qualified, fully insured and active members with the International Therapeutic Sound Association and the British School of Meditation teaching register.
Your safety matters to us, we're here to guide you, support you into a place of rest and recovery.

Curious? All you have to do is book your place! Chairs, yoga mats and blankets are provided, just wear clothing you can feel relaxed in. No swimsuit needed!
As with many holistic experiences, during our sound baths Clare is unable to support pregnant women in their first trimester, people with pacemakers and anyone with severe mental health disorders. All participants will need to complete a registration form when they first attend.
Children and young people aged 14 upwards are welcome but must be with a parent or legal guardian.
