Feeling Sound
Musician and audio producer Clare Savory is now delighted to offer group soundbaths, gong baths, crystal bowls, monochords and himalayan singing bowl baths in Old Glossop, Hayfield and Whaley Bridge! From getaway locations such as a remote chapel in the Peak District, to easily accessible scout huts and village halls...all our venues are just a stone's throw from Manchester, Stockport and Buxton.
Ancient wisdom meets modern science...
The benefits of soundbaths can be incredibly powerful. They can include:
Reduced stress, reduced insomnia, reduced blood pressure, better mental clarity, better sleep, improved immune system, assist in pain relief and muscle tension, open to creative insights and new perspectives on current challenges, a feeling of peace and gratitude.
The order Clare plays her instruments, the choice of instruments and how she plays them are designed with a specific outcome in mind: the opportunity to allow you to experience deep relaxation known as an altered state of consciousness (similar to dreaming).
Clare has qualified with distinction with the British Academy of Sound Therapy, is a member of the International Therapeutic Sound Association, first aid trained and has 20+ years experience of working in the audio industry.
Curious? All you have to do is book your place, yoga mats and blankets are provided, just wear clothing you can feel relaxed in. No swimsuit needed!
As with many holistic experiences, Clare is unable to support pregnant women in their first trimester, people with pacemakers and anyone with severe mental health disorders.
Children and young people aged 14 upwards are welcome but must be with a parent or guardian.
