Listed below in the SCHEDULE are my personal training and running programmes for the coming months.
I currently have availability on the following programmes:
Small Group Personal Training Programme - 8 groups per week
MTW Run Club - Monthly
MTW Day Retreat - Saturday 15th June & Sunday 30th June
Half Marathon Run Programme - Starting 25th July
Beginners Run Programme - Starting Monday 23rd September
I run waiting lists so please reach out to me at emma@mtwfitness.co.uk if a programme group you are interested in is currently fully booked. I will then contact you when a place becomes available.
