Hi and welcome to the MTW Fitness Community booking site.
Listed below in the SCHEDULE are my personal training and running programmes for the coming months.
I currently have availability on the following programmes:
- Small Group Personal Training Programme - 8 groups per week
- MTW Run Club - Monthly
- Beginners Run Programme - Starting Monday 29th April
- MTW Day Retreat - Saturday 15th June & Sunday 30th June
- Half Marathon Run Programme - Starting July 25th
I run waiting lists so please reach out to me at emma@mtwfitness.co.uk if a programme group you are interested in is currently fully booked. I will then contact you when a place becomes available.
