There will be no classes on 6 & 20 May (Bank Holidays), 31 May & 7 June (School Sports Days) and 10 - 15 June 2024 (Gala Week).
A reasonable level of fitness is required for these classes. You should be able to walk briskly for a mile and go up and down stairs without difficulty. Flexibility is NOT a requirement, rather it is one of the benefits gained by practicing yoga. 😊
If you expect to miss a class, please email info@twistandblissyoga.com and we can arrange for you to attend class on another day to make up for the missed class. Make-up classes are based on availability and are not guaranteed. They are available only within the same term you booked your block of classes and may not be carried forward.
