Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Your class teacher is under no obligation to offer a refund if you cannot attend classes to illness or holiday. If you cannot attend, you are welcome to send a friend or family member in your place or attend one of our other classes if space is available.
If we have to cancel a session due to illness, severe weather or circumstances beyond our control, an alternative class, credit or refund will be offered at our discretion.
