BOXJAM Kidsâ„¢ is a children's version of our boxing fitness class, scaled down so the exercises are suitable for children aged 7+.
Accompanied with high-energy music from genres such as Drum & Bass, UK Garage and Afro House to keep you jammin' whilst you work up a sweat.
The class incorporates boxing and martial art combinations plus HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) using bodyweight exercises to help you to improve your cardio, core strength and tone up.
Please bring boxing gloves to this class. If you don't have any, you can rent them for £2 per pair. Please bring cash for this.
