During the practice we will
. Honour the light of the sun
· Cool down the body and mind
· Ground into the earth
· Engage in softness and release
· Practice slowly and with intention
· Rest and relax
Find a quiet place in your home where you won't be disturbed
Turn off devices
Play relaxing music if you find this helpful Have cushions and a blanket handy
