Welcome to my page and I am super excited to share this amazing lineage of Kundalini Yoga with you!
Kundalini yoga is a combination of movement, breath and healing sound through a series of Kryas which is a set number of exercises to create a desired effect.
Known as the yoga of awareness, Kundalini yoga will shift your energy and will train your body how to deal with the stress of everyday life. We work with the nervous system and the vagus nerve to calm the body to a relaxed state helping to keep your being well.
Monday Evening is a perfect opportunity to destress ahead of the the week and making sure you take care of your well being first. Bookings are available to book now for January Classes 2025.
