About our speaker:
Dr. Caitlin Chasser, a GP and specialist in sleep medicine and women's health, brings over two decades of clinical expertise to the field.
Her comprehensive approach extends beyond conventional practices, encompassing sleep coaching and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). Dr. Chasser's unique methodology revolves around harmonising hormonal balances and awakening the body's innate sleep mechanisms.
