Hi, please find below all the bookable classes available. All classes are included in membership or are £5 a session for non-members, payable when you come to class. Children's classes are £4 per session. Places can be booked up to 7 days in advance and can be cancelled up to 2 hours before class starts. Cancellations within 2 hours of class starting will remain payable.

This class will last about 45 minutes. Indoor cycling is on a stationary flywheel bike. You will visualise an outdoor workout through the instructions given by the instructor (“You’re going up a long hill now — you can’t see the top yet ...”). During the class you vary your pace and intensity, sometimes pedalling as fast as you can, other times cranking up the tension and pedalling slowly from a standing position.
