The class is a high-energy, but low-impact cardio fitness class on small trampolines. The trampolines can hold up to 120kg and take most of the shock that normally goes to your joints.
We use a mix of music to exercise and It is an extremely up-liting class.
We welcome most Ages and all fitness levels.
We guarantee you will get results and have a great time whilst doing so.
The classes are run by Roku (World Jumping Master Instructor), Monika (JumpX Owner), and our wonderful JumpX Instructors.
