These classes are not suitable if you have been diagnosed with osteoporosis, osteopenia or are pregnant. If you would like a pre or post natal class, please book a 1:1.

Refund policy

No refunds on block bookings or individual matwork classes missed. If a class cannot be held in a venue due to adverse weather or issues such as covid restrictions, then it will take place online. If a class is cancelled by the teacher due to their illness then a full refund will be given or alternative class offered.

No refunds for private classes or workshops cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.
