Soft Organs: The Head Breath With Jean Sangale, Saturday 25th July, 3.00 - 4.30 pm

Saturday, 25 July '26   3pm – 4:30pm EAT
Ikigai, Peponi Road, Nairobi

Details

Our thoughts shape our experience, but how often do we stop and notice the space from which they arise?

This month we explore the head: the brain, eyes, ears, nose, mouth, and the extraordinary sensory world through which we perceive ourselves and reality.

Together we will investigate:

  • Mental clarity and overwhelm
  • Focus, attention and distraction
  • The relationship between breath and the nervous system
  • How we process information through the senses
  • Inner dialogue, imagination and memory
  • Rest, spaciousness and presence

Through guided breathing, gentle movement, sound, acupressure points and deep relaxation, we will explore how to release mental tension and create more space, clarity and ease.

Just as the eyes receive light and the ears receive sound, the breath can help us receive life more fully.

Come and discover what happens when the mind softens and awareness expands.

No previous breathwork experience required.
