Refund policy

  1. If you have to cancel one of your classes, and there is more than 24 hours before the start of your class, please go to your booking information for that class and click 'Ticket Options' and choose TRANSFER to move the booking to another class and you will not lose your payment.
  2. If you select CANCEL in the Ticket Options, the system will not credit you another ticket, so please use the Transfer option.
  3. If you can't / don't wish to transfer to another class then please contact Kate for a refund as it is not automatic on the system.
  4. Cancellations within 24 hours of any class or event are non-refundable.
  5. If Kate cancels a class due to illness or family emergency, she will book you onto another class of your choice or issue a refund.
