OM YOGA Cancellation / Transfer / Refund Policy
CLASSES and EVENING EVENTS
If you cannot make it to your booked Yoga Class or Evening Event, you can cancel or transfer your ticket to another class or event, as long as there is AT LEAST 24 HOURS before the start of your class.
To do this, go to your Account, find your booking for the correct day and click 'Ticket Options'.
You can either choose CANCEL - a refund will be issued manually back onto the card that you paid with (refunds are usually done once a week on a Monday) or you will get a credit on your Class Pass.
Or choose TRANSFER and a scroll-down list of classes and events will be there, click on one to move the booking to another available date.
If you cancel with LESS THAN 24 HOURS, you will not be able to transfer or get a refund, due to your place being unlikely to be filled at such short notice.
DAY RETREATS
Day Retreats can be booked by paying the whole ticket price upon booking or by paying a Deposit and balance. The balance is due TWO WEEKS before the Day Retreat.
• If you have to cancel, you are only entitled to a refund or transfer, if you let me know with AT LEAST 72 HOURS notice so that I can offer the place to someone on the Waiting List.
• If you have paid the deposit only and do not pay the balance TWO WEEKS before the event, and you have not contacted me to advise, I will offer your place to someone on the Waiting List.
• If the place cannot be filled and / or you do not turn up for the event, you will be invoiced for the balance.
• Please note: The £20.00 Deposit is non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by OM YOGA.
FOUR DAY RETREATS
OM YOGA Retreats are booked by paying a Deposit first and then the balance, in full or by instalments. This is due it total FOUR WEEKS before the retreat.
• If you have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances with FOUR WEEKS notice of the retreat date, and you have paid the balance, we will refund your balance (not the deposit) or transfer you to another retreat.
• If you have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances with less than FOUR WEEKS before the retreat, we cannot refund or transfer your booking, due to being late in the day to get another guest booking in your place.
• If you have paid the deposit only and do not pay the balance FOUR WEEKS before the event, and you have not contacted me to advise, I will offer your place to someone on the Waiting List.
• If the place cannot be filled and / or you do not turn up for the event, you will be invoiced for the balance.
• Please note: The £100.00 Deposit is non-refundable unless the retreat is cancelled by OM YOGA.
ONE2ONE APPOINTMENTS
If you have to cancel a One2One Appointment, you are entitled to a refund or transfer with 48 HOURS notice.
Go to your account to transfer. If you have purchased a Class Pass and you cancel, you will automatically get a credit on your pass.
If it is less than 48 hours before your session, you will not be refunded or transferred, due to the difficulty in re-booking with another client at short notice.
For all Cancellations or Transfers, go to your account OR get in touch so that I can organise the transfer, cancellatio or refund for you.
Please bear in mind, that in all cases, a 'no-show' counts as a cancellation.
If OM YOGA cancels a class, event or retreat due to illness or emergency, you will be offered another class / event / retreat of your choice or issued with a refund.
