Please note that treks are not suitable for under 5s. Children aged 5-12 must each share an alpaca with a paying adult. Meet & Greets are suitable for all ages.

Refund policy

If cancellations are made more than 7 days prior to the booking, full refunds will be given or experiences will be rescheduled. If cancellations are made less than 7 days before the booking date, refunds / reschedules will only be done if the spaces are able to be filled.
