Once you have completed a Mamafit® course you can put everything you have learnt into action and carry on exercising at our ‘Drop In’ classes.
‘Drop In’ sessions are structured total body exercise classes covering all the exercises you learnt during the course plus many more to keep you active.
You DO NOT have to attend a course before attending a 'Drop In' class, although it is recommended especially if you have not exercised for a while.
'Drop In' classes are suitable for all fitness levels including women who are experienced or regular exercisers.
As with the Mother & Baby course, children under 1 year old are welcome to attend the ‘Drop In’ classes.
Mamafit® Liverpool classes are run by Diverse in partnership with Liverpool Women's NHS Foundation Trust & Liverpool City Council Public Health.
