Methodical controlled movement to focus on mobility, strength, core stability and improving your posture and balance.
Suitable for men and women of all ages.
Ensure you get in contact with me prior to your first class to discuss any health concerns you have that I should be aware of.
Place your mat in a safe place when exercising at home. Ensure you have drinking water to stay hydrated throughout our class.
Useful props include a small towel to keep your head inline with your spine. A resistance band and a small Pilates ball if you have one.

Single class entry ticket. If you wish to come along in person to the cabin please get in touch first to ensure there is a space.
