Details

Baduanjin Qi Gong
Baduanjin, also known as Eight Section Brocade, is a traditional Chinese mind-body exercise that combines gentle movements, breathing, meditation, and awareness: studies suggest it may help with physical, mental, and cognitive health, and may help delay the onset of degenerative musculoskeletal diseases like osteoporosis.

Tai Chi for Better Balance
Many studies have shown this form of Tai Chi (Sun Style) as being one of the most effective approaches for preventing falls. It works through improving balance, confidence and muscular strength.
