Wellness Programme
Our Wellbeing Programme offers a daily choice of sessions for mental and physical health. You can choose to participate in the same session/s regularly, or mix and match to suit your own schedule. Either way, these sessions will greatly benefit mind and body.
Sessions may be in person - at the Community Hall or in our Studio, or online - live on Zoom or pre-recorded (Virtual). Recorded sessions are not intended as a substitute for attending in person but to supplement live sessions by offering additional practice time.
