Members' Wellness Programme

Our programme offers a daily choice of sessions for mental and physical health. You can choose to participate in the same session/s regularly, or mix and match to suit your own schedule. Either way, these sessions will greatly benefit mind and body.

With our Wellbeing Membership you can attend as many sessions as you like.

Sessions may be in person - at the Community Hall or in our Studio; live online (Zoom); or pre-recorded (Virtual). Online or recorded sessions are not intended as a substitute for attending in person but to supplement them by offering additional practice time.
