TRANSFER POLICY
You are welcome to transfer you ticket to another available session up to 48 hours before your session begins. To do so please log in to your account (if you didn’t initially create an account upon booking, please select ‘forgot password?’ and follow the steps to activate your account). You will be then able to access all booking information and transfer your ticket.

ADDITIONAL ADULTS
You are welcome to bring along additional adults to join the fun! The cost is £1 per adult and must be paid upon entry (by cash or card). Please note that all additional adults must arrive in the same car as the ticket holder as we have very limited space in our car park.

CAR PARK
Please ensure that you arrive in ONE vehicle per booking (e.g. 1x adult and child ticket = 1x car parking space) as we have limited capacity in our car park.

ANIMALS
Mudpies shares the space with Chickens and cats that your children are welcome to come and see, but please remind them not to poke fingers through the cage as they may get a little peck!

The free-roaming animals are very friendly, kind hands are encouraged 🤎
