TRANSFER POLICY
You are welcome to transfer you ticket to another available session up to 48 hours before your session begins. To do so please log in to your account (if you didn’t initially create an account upon booking, please select ‘forgot password?’ and follow the steps to activate your account). You will be then able to access all booking information and transfer your ticket.

ADDITIONAL ADULTS
You are welcome to bring along additional adults to join the fun! The cost is £1 per adult and must be paid upon entry (by cash or card).

ARRIVING BY CAR? We recommend parking in the car parks opposite the Leisure Centre (Glanvilles Mill Short Stay Car park/Leonards Road Long Stay Car Park) and following the signs on foot to us! This is less than a minutes walk.
