I'm here to help you feel strong, calm, and at home in your body.

Breathe, Move, Heal 💫

I weave together movement, breath, mindfulness and strength... through yoga, mat Pilates, meditation & breathwork, both in group classes and private sessions.

This space is also available for other teachers and/or practitioners to hire.
