Raegan Burrows Yoga

Hey!

I'm Raegan.

I'm a 500hr Yoga Teacher, trained with Jason Crandell, and I've been practising Yoga for 14 years and teaching for 9.

I offer Alignment-Based Vinyasa and Slow Flow classes in Bedale and the surrounding North Yorkshire area.

My teaching style is methodical, consistent and repetitive, helping you build strength, confidence and understanding over time. I believe repetition is where the real learning happens, allowing you to develop skill, refine your practice and move with greater ease and awareness.

My classes blend contemporary movement science with traditional yogic wisdom, creating practices that are strong, intelligent and accessible. Each month we explore a technical, philosophical or emotional theme that weaves through every class, helping you experience yoga in a meaningful and practical way- both on and off the mat.

I'm known for my clear, precise alignment cues and intelligent sequencing, giving you the confidence to understand not just what you're doing, but why. My aim is to help each student move with greater awareness, build a resilient body and develop a yoga practice that supports them for life.

Whether you're completely new to Yoga or have been practising for years, you'll find a welcoming, supportive environment where everyone is encouraged to progress at their own pace.

I offer:

  • Vinyasa Flow classes
  • Slow Flow Classes
  • Exhale- Yoga, breathwork & sound meditation events
  • Workshops
  • Retreat Days
  • 1:1 Yoga sessions

I hope to meet you on the mat soon!

Love always,

Raegan
xoxo
