I’m Raegan. I love Yoga and have been practising for over 10 years. I would love to share Yoga with you too…

I’m an alignment based Vinyasa Flow teacher, delivering in person classes to the Bedale & Northallerton area

My Flows are strong, energising and playful, fusing a contemporary understanding of the body with Eastern wisdom. I carry a particular technical, philosophical or emotional theme over a month to enable you to fully embody and understand the teachings.

I offer Yoga Classes, 1:1’s, Events, Workshops & Retreats

I have recently added to my offering Crystal Sound Baths.

Refund policy

No Refunds or transfers will be given for Discounted Block Bookings.

Single sessions may be transferred over to another date up to 24hrs before your class is due to start. After this no refund or transfer will be given.

Yoga classes go ahead bases on the numbers i get in each week. Last minute cancellations means i often dont cover the cost of the hall or that someone else misses out on a space.
