Our fabulous community is incredibly generous, and in order for us to keep our classes accessible, requested we open up an option for them to pay-it-forward to somebody who needs a little TLC in their lives!

These payments will go each month towards our pay-what-you-can meditation classes which start at £5 per class, and our yoga classes in which we have opened up an accessible £5 space option per class.

We truly do believe that these practices are life changing, and should be as accessible as possible, but although we try to offer whatever we can for free to people who need it, we will be able to help many many more people with your purchase!
