First and for most if you are looking for a private booking, group booking please get in touch via email or text/ WhatsApp, as not all our availabilities are listed here!
We are a half a mile from Castlerea on the Cloonbonniffe Road, just over the bridge. Beside the Woodfired sauna, you can also enjoy the benefits of cold therapy in the three cold plunges/ ice bath/ cold shower. We have changing facilities, toilet and optional Afternoon Tea. (GF, Df, sugar free, keto) Also beside the Sauna we have a Mobile Home that's available to rent (short term only)
