We are a half a mile from Castlerea on the Cloonbonniffe Road, just over the bridge. Beside the Woodfired sauna, you can also enjoy the benefits of cold therapy in the three cold plunges/ ice bath/ cold shower. Our newest additions are the ZERO gravity massage chairs and red light therapy face masks. We have changing facilities, toilet and optional Afternoon Tea. (GF, Df, sugar free, keto) Also beside the Sauna we have a Mobile Home that's available to rent (short term only)
