All Yoga Classes last for 1 hour and follow a similar structure with variations:
Pranayama(breathing techniques)
Mantra (chanting)
Seated & Standing Asana (Static Poses)
Guided Visualisations, Meditation & Relaxation

I use some of the proceeds from my classes to support Leicester Animal Aid, Wishes 4 Kids Leicester & Samaritans.
