Yoga for Relaxation

And welcome to Yoga for Relaxation!

My classes are rooted in traditional Indian Hatha yoga and are designed to support your physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness.

I'm an internationally accredited (200 RYT) hatha yoga teacher, studying with Guru Sindu V Nayar at Tulasidalam yoga ashram in Kerala, India in 2014.

I completed my advanced training, specialising in Sanskrit mantra, with Heart of Sound in Rishikesh, Himalayas in 2018.

I'm passionate about the positive effects that a regular yoga practice can have on health and well-being and would encourage everyone to come and have a go!
