Yoga with Cerys

I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. My name is Cerys, a PhD scientist, mentor and coach, lucky to have benefitted from yoga being part of my life for almost 20 years.

Whatever style of yoga I’m teaching, my classes combine mindful movement with steady breath, creating space to move, rest, and reconnect. Each class is tailored to the needs, abilities, and goals of the people in front of me, with plenty of room for laughter, curiosity, and imperfection along the way. I’m passionate about helping students build simple, practical tools they can take off the mat to support their everyday wellbeing.

Whether you’re completely new to yoga, returning after a break, or looking to deepen an existing practice, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are.

Refusjonspolicy

Weekly Yoga Classes: Refunds (subject to Stripe admin fees) or transfers back to class pass will be provided if students wish to cancel attendance with at least 48 hours notice. Refunds or transfers will not be given for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.

Class Passes are non-refundable or transferrable.

Events, Workshops, Yin Evenings and Courses are non-refundable or transferrable. This may be discretionary depending on time and circumstances.

Retreats are non-refundable or transferrable. This may be discretionary depending on time and circumstances.
