I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. My name is Cerys, and yoga has been part of my life for nearly 20 years.

Whatever style I'm teaching, my classes blend mindful movement and steady breath, tailored to the needs, abilities and goals of the individuals in front of me, with plenty of room for laughter and imperfection. I love to empower students with simple techniques they can take off the mat to support their everyday wellbeing.

Whether you’re completely new to yoga, returning after a break, or looking to deepen an existing practice, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are.
