Yoga with Cerys

I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. My name is Cerys, and yoga has been part of my life for nearly 20 years.

Whatever style I’m teaching, my classes combine mindful movement with steady breath, creating space to move, rest, and reconnect. Every class is tailored to the needs, abilities, and goals of the people in front of me, with plenty of room for laughter, curiosity, and imperfection along the way. I’m passionate about helping students build simple, practical tools they can take off the mat to support their everyday wellbeing.

Whether you’re completely new to yoga, returning after a break, or looking to deepen an existing practice, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are.

You may already know me from the classes I teach for charities and not-for-profit organisations, including Sport in Mind and BeActive Hampshire, or from classes at Snap Fitness Andover and Norton Park Hotel & Spa
