Join me to welcome in the solstice and give gratitude to the Sun in this early morning practice - which includes a walking meditation around the lake and a yoga practice focussing on the fire element.

I do have mats and yoga props but please feel free to bring what you need.
Please bring a blanket with you and dress in layers that can be removed as we warm up .
Please arrive for 4.30am to begin practice to enjoy the sunrise which is 4.50am
If you book to swim wear what you feel comfortable- wetsuit, swim suit or birthday suit but wet shoes are advised and a tow float is a must - there will be some available to hire from Court farm lakes for a charitable location.
Car parking is free.
Come and check in at the Cafe on arrival.
Please drive slowly through the farm a MAXIMUM of 5mph, follow the road around to the left, following signs for the lakes.
Dogs are not permitted at this event
