Refund & Transfer Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible.
Classes:
If you’re unable to attend a class, you may transfer your booking to another class taking place within 4 weeks of the original date. Please contact us in advance to arrange this.
Events & Workshops:
Cancellations made up to 4 weeks before the event will receive a 75% refund.
Cancellations made up to 1 week before the event will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 7 days of the event.
