Creative roots - Outdoor Learning

Creative Roots- Outdoor Learning believe that regular time outdoors, play and connection with nature are fundamental parts of education, at every stage, for every child and young person. Our missions is to inspire and enable positive outdoor experiences. In so doing, we would like to encourage greater appreciation of the natural environment and access to nature.

Our Group Leaders

Our leaders are experienced nature connection facilitators, Forest School leaders, qualified Early Years and Steiner/Waldorf Early Years teachers.

We are offering well balanced programme which include adult led time and as well as child initiated play and experiential learning. We encourage initiative taking, trying new things, self regulation, observed risk taking, stewardship of the land and nurturing relationship with teachers, peers and nature. Our unique approach is inspired by Forest School and Waldorf pedagogy. We have DBS enhanced checks, Advance Child Protection & Safeguarding Training, and Outdoor First Aid.
