These are "All Levels" classes and throughout the week I am offering a balanced mix of slow and dynamic classes. I break down postures, let new students feel at ease, encourage experienced practitioners to explore further and provide alternatives for injuries. I am hoping to help regular students maintain a good practice and also introduce beginners to the benefits of yoga.
I am also offering a weekly Prenatal Yoga for expectant moms (it is advisable to start practising from 2nd trimester).
