HOT WEATHER:
Updated Sun 5 Jul - if the temperature gets above 30 degrees (which it is due to this coming week) classes will still be on but I will be adapting them accordingly - no high impact, more strength, balance and stretch work.

CHANGES TO CLASS TIMETABLE:
There will be no class on August Bank Holiday Monday - 31 August
