The Rallysport Association - Online Entry System

See listed below in the schedule tab each of the events currently scheduled for our Winter Series for 2024/25! Please note that each event has a preset opening date (usually 2 weeks prior to the event) and you will be unable to enter before this time!

We have tried to set the system up to be as straight forward and user friendly as possible.

Make sure to follow the steps correctly and complete all required fields in full.

Step 1: Select the event that you would like to enter under the 'Schedule' section
Step 2: Press the 'Select' button under the 'Tickets' section of the page
Step 3: Choose your quantity of entries (1 for a single entry, 2 for a dual entry)
Step 4: Press the 'View Selections' button
Step 5 : Review your selected items and if correct press the 'Book Now' button
Step 6: Enter your email address in the 'Booking Contact' box, repeat customers will be able to select their existing details, when complete press the 'Continue' button
Step 7: Fill out the form for the 1st Attendee, please note any fields marked with * are mandatory and must be completed, once complete press the 'Continue' button
Step 8: For dual driven entries complete the form for the 2nd Attendee and press the 'Continue' button
Step 9: Review your selections, select your payment method and enter your details correctly and in full. Once complete press the 'Complete Booking' button
Step 10: You will be issued a confirmation and booking number as well as receiving an email copy of this which will contain useful information such as the venue address and start time.

RSA Refund & Cancellation Policy

RSA Event Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be fair while ensuring our events run
smoothly.

Refund Eligibility

  • Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your entry more than 48 hours before the scheduled start of the event.
  • No Refund: If you cancel within 48 hours of the event or fail to attend without prior notice, no refund will be issued. This is due to the late notice, and because your reserved spot cannot be filled at short notice. -Vehicle Breakdown: No refunds or carry-over entries will be offered if a vehicle breaks down on the sighting lap or during Stage 1 and is unable to continue. Entries are allocated per event, and once the event has commenced, the space cannot be reassigned. All event costs and operational fees are based on confirmed entries.

How to Request a Refund

  • Email us or contact us via social media direct message with your full name, event name, and reason for cancellation.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Event Curtailment & Force Majeure Policy
In the event of partial cancellation, abandonment, or curtailment of an event due to
circumstances beyond our control (such as adverse weather, medical emergencies, loss of
ambulance cover, serious on-site incidents, or other force majeure situations), no automatic
refunds will be issued.
Once an event has commenced, the number of stages or competitive runs completed at the
time of curtailment will be considered sufficient for the event to be recognised as valid.
At RSA’s sole discretion, a goodwill credit or partial refund may be offered, depending on
the situation and associated costs.
By entering any RSA event, all competitors accept this policy and waive any claim for
reimbursement in the event of early termination due to safety or unforeseen circumstances.
