p a u s e . is a space for rest, stillness and Yoga Nidra with Chloe.
After experiencing the benefits of Yoga Nidra in my own life, I chose to study and qualify as a Yoga Nidra teacher so I could share the practice with others in Portishead. What began as a personal journey into rest and restoration became something I wanted to offer as a calm, welcoming space for others to experience too.
Yoga Nidra is a restful awareness practice, experienced lying down in comfort, designed to support deep rest, relaxation and nervous system balancing. Sessions support the body in shifting out of stress and into a more settled, regulated state, creating space for restoration and calm.
Sessions are small, welcoming and suitable for everyone — no movement, flexibility or previous experience is needed.
Whether you are looking for rest, stress relief, better sleep, or simply a quiet space to pause, p a u s e . offers a supportive environment to slow down, unwind and reconnect.

Refund policy

Bookings may be cancelled or transferred by the ticket holder once, with at least 24 hours’ notice and subject to availability. As spaces are limited, bookings are non-refundable. If you need to get in touch regarding a late cancellation, please email pause.yoganidra@gmail.com
